ガレットデロアを作りました😊
パイ生地の中にアーモンドクリームを入れて焼き上げるお菓子です✨
成形が難しいんですよね・・・😅
パイ生地の上にアーモンドクリームを絞りだし、ドーム状の形にしていきます
パイ生地を重ねて、包丁で模様をつけていきます
成形、上の模様とも、とても綺麗にできましたね😊
焼き上がりが、やはり難しいですね…
パイ生地がふくれて、中のクリームが少しでてしまいました(ｰ ｰ;)
余ったパイ生地で色々作られていました🙂
長時間お疲れ様でした🙂
