長年通ってくださってる生徒さんが、「大好きなポルボロンを作りたい！」とのことで、レシピを持参して頂き、作ってみました😊
ポルボロンとは、スペイン発祥のお菓子です。
口当たりがすごく柔らかく、ホロホロとした食感のクッキーです。
小麦粉をキャラメル色になるまでいったので、とても香ばしく、口に入れるとほろっとくずれて、スーと溶けるような食感でした。
甘さもちょうど良くて、何個も食べたくなっちゃいます😋
あと、ポルボロンと一緒にサンティアゴのケーキも作りました。
こちらもスペインで愛されているお菓子です。
アーモンドパウダーと粉糖をたくさん使ったケーキですね😋
可愛くラッピングして完成です！
まだ早いですが、クリスマスには欠かせないお菓子です😊
