今日は中高時代のお友達が、来てくれました～。
もう、何十年のお付き合いになるのかわかりませんが、気心のしれた大事なお友達です(^^)
何年か前に教室に来てくれましたが、今回は本格的に習いたいとの事で
「バターロール」を作りました。
忘れないようにと、一生懸命メモをしっかりとってました^_^
バターロールはシンプルなパンですが、成形が難しいんですよね～。
三角形に広げるときのめん棒の当て方、巻くときの力加減などなど・・・。
キレイに焼き上がりました😃
ふんわりと柔らかくて、ほんのり甘いバターロールです。
